This is completely normal! The mist is released from one point and needs time to circulate and spread throughout the room. For more even humidity, we recommend placing your humidifier on a flat surface in a central location.

This humidifier is designed to operate quietly. You may hear a soft "white noise" from the ultrasonic atomization, which indicates that it is working properly. For best quiet operation, place it on a flat, hard surface and keep the water level between MAX and MIN.

For the best experience for you and your humidifier, and to avoid white dust issues, we strongly recommend using distilled or purified water. Avoid using tap water, well water, or other water with high mineral content, as this can cause white dust and buildup inside the device.

Self-cleaning technology in our humidifier refers to the unit's unique silver ion water tank system. This system significantly reduces the frequency of manual cleaning while reducing harmful substances, ensuring fresh water and pure mist. However, for optimal performance it's still recommended to manually clean the water tank regularly to reduce mineral deposits. The interior of the humidifier is designed with no hard-to-reach corners, making cleaning a breeze.

Yes! This product has a built-in intelligent humidity sensor. You can set a target humidity level (between 40% and 60%). When the indoor humidity reaches the set value, it will automatically reduce the mist output or pause operation to prevent over-humidification.
