How Your Order Gets to You

🌎 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United States – Orders will be shipped from our U.S. local warehouse.
- Canada – Orders will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays. Note: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
🚚 Shipping Fees

United States:
Free shipping for most locations. A $7.99 shipping fee applies to remote areas such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam. -
Canada:
A flat $10 shipping fee applies to all Canadian orders.
⏱️ Processing Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing.
Please note:
- Pre-order items may take longer. Refer to the product page for specific details.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location.
- Orders shipped during peak seasons or holidays may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience.
🏷️ Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress online.
You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or directly on our Order Tracking Page.
If you don’t receive a tracking number within 72 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@provirtec.com.
📦 Out-of-Stock Items
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email or phone within 1 business day with the estimated shipping time. If the wait doesn’t work for you, you may cancel the order for a full refund, no questions asked.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped (i.e. when a tracking number has been issued or order status is marked as "completed").
- If you refuse a delivery after the package has been dispatched, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
