If you discover any problems with your product within 60 days of receiving it, simply contact our support team and return the complete product for a full refund.
Once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection, we’ll begin the refund process.
🕒 Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow a little time for it to reflect in your account — thank you for your patience!

For non-quality related claims, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Provirtec will refund the product cost only.

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of opening a warranty claim. Requests outside of this window cannot be processed for non-quality-related reasons.
