If you discover any product issues within 60 days of the date receiving your order, you could contact our support team and return the complete product to us for a full refund.
Once the returned item arrives back in Provirtec’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process wil begin.
Please Note:
1. Your Returns must include all accessories.
2. ltems must include original packaging.
3. For non-quality related warranty claims, customer is responsible for shipping costs, Provirtec refunds the cost of the product itself.
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
Refund requests for the 60-day money back guarantee expire 60 days after opening a warranty claim. lt is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 60-day window, For purchases not made directly through Provirtec's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

3.The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
4. It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.

6. Sales invoice.
