1. WiFi Compatibility: The fan only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, so make sure you’re not using 5GHz or dual-band WiFi.

3. Network Connection: If your network connection is weak, try adding the fan again when the signal improves.

Please check if the power cord plug is inserted into the outlet and ensure that the plug is not loose.Please check if the power cord is damaged. 3. What if the fan has weak airflow?
The air inlet is too close to the wall or the air inlet is blocked.
4. How to do when the fan is shaking and wobbling?
The floor is uneven. Please place the fan on a flat, level surface.The fan base is not properly installed. Please install the base according to the assembly instructions.
5. Can I clean this tower fan with water?
No, you can't immerse the fan in water or allow water to enter the interior of the fan. While you can clean the exterior with a damp cloth, you should avoid submerging the fan in water. 1. Use a soft damp cloth to clean the outer surface, air inlet and outlet.
2. For cleaning the air inlet grille: use a screwdriver to remove the set screw on the air inlet. Gently lift the grille upwards to remove it for cleaning.
3. For cleaning the fan blade: use a screwdriver to remove the screw located underneath the blade, and then lift the blade upwards to remove it for cleaning.

Yes, as long as your thermostat is connected to Wi-Fi, you can control it remotely via the app, whether you're at home, at work, or on the go.

Yes, our thermostats require a C wire to in stall. If a C wire is unavailable, you can contact us to purchase Wire Kit.
4. How to set Schedules, Scenes, and Hold time?
Please download the "Prodigytec" app, follow the instructions to connect the thermostat, and set these features through the app.
5. What happens if my Wi-Fi goes down?
If your Wi-Fi goes down, the smart thermostat automatically switches to local mode. This ensures your thermostat remains connected and continues to monitor and adjust the temperature without interruption, so you can enjoy consistent, intelligent climate control even during network issues.

Our TS-01 thermo-hygrometer is used to measure both temperature and humidity in your environment. It helps monitor indoor conditions to ensure optimal comfort and health. This device is particularly useful for managing the air quality in homes, offices, greenhouses, or any space where temperature and humidity levels need to be controlled, such as for sensitive items like musical instruments, wine, or plants.
2. Where can I use this thermo-hygrometer?
You can use our TS-01 thermo-hygrometer in your home, basement, greenhouse, incubation room, and storage cabinets. It's perfect for any space where you need to keep track of temperature and humidity levels.
3. How do I set up my thermo-hygrometer?
Simply install the 3 AA batteries, turn on the thermo-hygrometer, and pair it with the app via Bluetooth. Follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup and start monitoring temperature and humidity data.
4. Why are the temperature and humidity readings inaccurate?
• Make sure there are no obstructions around the detection port.
• After moving the device, the detection port needs to be fully integrated with the surrounding environment. Please allow the device to remain still for 30 minutes to detect more accurately.
• Different brands of the temperature and humidity sensors may have slight variations, which can cause differences in measurements. TS-01 uses a Swiss brand sensor with an accuracy of ±0.2°C (±0.36°F) and ±2%RH, please rest assured that the use.
5. How long does the battery last in this thermo-hygrometer?
The battery lasts up to 2.5 years, thanks to the new 5.3 Bluetooth chip and three AA batteries. That's five times longer than regular sensors, so you won't have to change the batteries often and can keep monitoring without interruptions.
