Yes, an independent thermo-hygrometer uses BT locally to send collected temperature and humidity data to the thermostat, independent of the thermostat's Wi-Fi connection. This thermohygrometer accurately captures your perceived temperature to ensure precise adjustment, preventina inaccuracies in indoor temperature control due to distance from the thermostat.
a. Follow the steps to add the Provirtec smart thermo-hygrometer to the Prodigytec app.
b. Similarly, follow the steps to add the TempMaster smart thermostat to the Prodigytec app.
c. Open the homepage of the TempMaster smart thermostat or settings page, and follow the steps to pair the thermo-hygrometer.
d. To unpair, in the Prodigytec APP under the TempMaster smart thermo-hygrometer settings page, delete the smart thermo-hygrometer. The thermostat will then revert to monitoring using its built-in thermo-hygrometer.
Please check if Child Lock or Hold mode is enabled. Operations are disabled under Child Lock, and adjusting the set temperature is ineffective under Hold mode.
