• The Provirtec HC03 MistFree Humidifier is not sensitive to water quality and eliminates common issues like white dust, bacteria spread, uneven humidity, and excessive dampness in the environment. Unlike traditional ultrasonic humidifiers, the HC03 is a evaporative humidifier (also known as a "no mist" humidifier). Its operation mimics the natural evaporation process, using a diffusion filter to spread moisture toward the intake area, which is then dispersed into the air by a high-speed motor.

• Since most impurities and bacteria in the water are filtered out by the diffusion filter, and the water is also exposed to UV light for sterilization, the moisture released into the air is free from contaminants and bacteria. This means you don’t need to worry about white dust or bacteria spreading, even if you're not using purified or distilled water.

• Additionally, because the HC03 mimics natural evaporation, it delivers more even humidity throughout the room. Water Tank Cleaning:
1. Remove the humidifier main unit and filter from the water tank.
2. Use a clean brush or cloth to gently wipe the inner walls of the water tank to remove any accumulated dirt

3. Rinse the water tank with clean water until all dirt and dust are gone from the inner walls.
4. Once the parts are dry,reassemble them for use.

Humidifier Main Unit Cleaning:
Use a clean, dry towel to gently wipe the surface of the humidifier main unit or use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the surface until all dust is gone, Note: Do not disassemble the humidifier main unit for cleaning!

Filter Cleaning:
1. Remove the humidifier main unit from the water tank and take out the filter.
2. Remove the filter from the bracket.
3. Wash the filter under a tap or place it in a washing machine.
4. After cleaning, reassemble the parts before using the humidifier.

Storage:
When not using the humidifier for an extended period, empty the water tank, use the filter drying function to dry the filter, and then store the humidifier in a dust-proof storage bag.

After connecting the humidifier to the app via 2.4G WiFi, it can be paired with the Provirtec Smart Thermo-Hygrometer. This allows the humidifier to use the humidity data from the thermo-hygrometer for precise humidity control, based on the detected environmental humidity.

Place the humidifier and the smart thermo-hygrometer in the same room, such as the living room or bedroom. The smart thermo-hygrometer will connect to the humidifier via Bluetooth, with an effective range of up to 50 meters (164 feet).

The humidifier uses more water in cold or dry environments. This is normal based on ambient temperature and humidity.

2. Clean the tank: Use a brush to clean the tank and rinse with clean water.
3. Dry and reassemble: Allow the parts to dry fully before reassembling.

Our filter is very easy to clean. Please follow below instructions to start it!

1. Remove the filter: Take the filter out of the humidifier, and remove it from the bracket.
2. Clean the filter: Wash the filter under a tap or place it in a washing machine. Only need to be cleaned with clean water or mild soap.
3. Clean regularly: if it accumulates 120 hours, it will prompt the user to clean the filter. Regular and frequent cleaning of the filter element is conducive to reducing the growth of mold bacteria.
